Worn training shoes by a door, first light on the floor

You already know how to train.

You've started over more Mondays than you can count.

Motivation was never the problem. Structure was.

Four things, in this order.

Training first, then the habits that keep it going. Each one holds up the next.

Questions

I haven't trained in years. Is it too late?

No. The program starts from where you are now, not where you were at 30. The habit audit in week one sets the starting point.

Do I need a gym?

No. Train at home, in a gym, or a mix. Your program is written around the gear you actually have.

I work shifts and travel. Will it still work?

Yes. The program is built around your roster. If a week goes sideways, the weekly check-in is where we adjust it.

How much time does it take?

Your sessions are set around the time you really have, which the habit audit works out in week one.

What's the nutrition side like?

Habit-based. No meal plan to follow to the gram. You build a few habits that last past the 12 weeks.

How does the coaching work?

Your program sits in the coaching app on your phone. You check in with Andrew every week and can message him between check-ins.

What does it cost?

It depends on the option that suits you, and Andrew goes through it on the intro call. The call itself is free, takes 30 minutes, and there's no obligation.
